1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Prompt Aura (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Prompt Aura is a competitive image-reconstruction game. Players write a short text prompt to recreate a reference image; an automated judge compares the resulting generated images and scores the match. Some modes are single-player against a computer-controlled opponent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. [Placeholder — minimum age to be confirmed with legal counsel per launch market.]

4. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used to circumvent free-play limits through multiple registrations, automation, or scripting.

5. Aura (virtual currency)

Aura is a virtual in-game currency used only within the Service to unlock additional practice runs and, in future modes, competitive entries. Aura:

• has no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold for real money;
• is not withdrawable and is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances;
• is forfeited without compensation if your account is deleted or terminated;
• may be purchased with real money through Stripe, our payment processor, at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

6. No cash prizes

Prompt Aura does not offer cash prizes, prize pools, or any payout mechanism. Competitive modes, where available, are settled entirely in Aura. This is a deliberate product decision, not a temporary limitation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automation to play or to claim free runs; create multiple accounts to bypass daily limits; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the judging system; resell or transfer your account; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Payments

Aura purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) at checkout. Purchases are final once Aura has been credited to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain no ownership over generated images or submitted prompts beyond what is needed for us to operate the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Aura forfeiture, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

13. Changes to these Terms
